It will never end
12 Avril 2005
Today April 12th, in Paris, was the civil part of my trial against the french anti-virus editor Tegam, who didn't appreciate the public disclosure of flaws in their software called Viguard three years ago, and sued. They are asking me to pay them 900.000 euros, which is around 45 years of my salary. The result will be known on May 25, even if I already appealed the decision that convicted me at the penal level. I didn't have to be there, fortunately. Thanks to my excellent lawyers who defended me once again. I would be already dead without them.
