How to go from simplicity to complexity. A cloud becomes a wild dragon during a few seconds, a blade of grass can be an enormous tree, a small polished stone is a planet, and a one dollar bill becomes a very small imaginary peacock, which I can hold in my hand. More than one hour to fold, unfold, fold again, without ever cutting or gluing anything, and without thinking about anything else. Some aspects of japanese culture will never stop to fascinate me.

"To see a World in a Grain of Sand
And a Heaven in a Wild Flower,
Hold Infinity in the palm of your hand
And Eternity in an hour."

[William Blake, "Auguries of Innocence"]
